1. PREAMBLE

The website www.nareva.ma (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is put online by Nareva Holding, a public limited company with share capital of MAD 2,037,300,000, whose head office is located in Casablanca, Twin Center Tour A, 28th floor, boulevard Massira Al Khadra, Morocco, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 131651 (hereinafter referred to as "Nareva").

The Site is the exclusive property of Nareva.

2. WARNINGS TO USERS

The information contained on the Site is general information and has no contractual value. Nareva declines all responsibility for the content of the Site and the use that could be made of it by anyone.

Any visitor to the Site is considered to accept the application of Moroccan laws and the attribution of jurisdiction to the courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.

The Site user acknowledges having the skills and means necessary to access and use it.

The users' attention is drawn to the following:

• data circulating on the Internet, including confidential data, even if the security measures that Nareva implements, are not necessarily protected, and in particular against possible misappropriation and fraudulent or unauthorized use;
• the communication, by the user to third parties, of their identifiers if necessary and in general, of any information deemed by the user as personal or confidential is done at their own risk;
• it is up to each user to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software from contamination by possible viruses on the Internet.

Nareva strives to ensure to the best of its ability the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Site, the content of which it reserves the right to correct at any time and without notice. However, Nareva and its contributors do not give any guarantee or assume any responsibility, in any case, as for the adequacy, the sequence, the accuracy, the absence of errors, the veracity, the topicality, the faithful and commercial character, the quality, the merits, and the availability of the information contained on this Site. Each internet user fully assumes the risks linked to the credit they grant to this information. Erroneous information or omissions may be noted due in particular to typographical or layout errors. If you notice some errors, you are invited to report them to us so that the appropriate corrections can be made.

The elements of the Site are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, implicit or explicit.

Nareva reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify any element of the Site. As part of updating and optimizing the Site, Nareva may decide to modify the present conditions.

3. AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE

The Site is accessible in principle 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round, with no obligation of result, however, being imposed on Nareva.

Nareva reserves the right, without notice, to temporarily suspend access to all or part of the Site for technical reasons related in particular to the need to update the Site, modify it, ensure its maintenance and, in general, for any other technical and organizational cause.

Therefore, Nareva's responsibility cannot be sought or retained in the event of temporary or total unavailability of all or part of the access to the Site, a difficulty linked to the response time and, in general, any performance defect.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All data and content of the Site (including images, texts, graphics, sounds, animations, videos as well as the name "Nareva" and databases where applicable, are the exclusive property of Nareva and/or its subsidiaries or group companies.

They constitute a work protected by the laws in force on intellectual property, of which Nareva and/or its subsidiaries or group companies are the owner. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, of the content as well as any extraction, even partial, of the databases of the Site on any medium or by any process whatsoever, is prohibited. Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement liable to engage the civil and criminal liability of the infringer.

5.RESPONSIBILITY

The use of the Site is carried out under the sole and entire responsibility of the user. Neither Nareva, nor its subsidiaries and other members of its network can be held responsible for direct or indirect damage, such as, in particular, material damage, loss of data or program and financial loss resulting from the use of the Site.

6. INFORMATION FLOW

Certain information flows made available to users through the Site, where applicable, are provided by third parties.

These information flows are intended for users exclusively for consultation purposes through the Site. The right to consult these information flows is strictly personal, which cannot be transferred or passed on to a third party.

Consequently, it is strictly prohibited for any user to redistribute these information flows in any form whatsoever. Similarly, any user is prohibited from extracting, reproducing, communicating to the public, adapting, translating, renting or arranging these streams in any way whatsoever.

The intellectual property rights attached to these flows remain the exclusive property of their holder.

Nareva, or any of the providers of the information flows, cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions or delays and their possible consequences in relation to these flows.

7. HYPERTEXT LINKS

The establishment of a hypertext link to the Site requires prior written authorization from Nareva.

Nareva has no control and does not assume any responsibility in connection with the creation of links towards sites external to Nareva or in connection with the contents of these sites.

The existence of a link on the Site to another site does not therefore constitute a recommendation or validation of this site or its content. It is up to the user to view this information with discernment and a critical mind.

Moreover, any connection to another site, via a hypertext link, is a personal choice of the user and is, therefore, carried out under their sole responsibility. Therefore, any direct or indirect damage resulting from this access to another site linked by a hypertext link could not engage the responsibility of Nareva.

8. COOKIES

The Site may be required to install cookies on the user's computer to allow smooth and secure browsing. These cookies are not used for commercial purposes.

The user acknowledges having been informed of this practice and expressly authorizes Nareva to use it without opposition or reservation.

The user can deactivate the recording of cookies through the settings of their browser.

However, Nareva draws the attention of users and internet users that the removal of cookies will have the effect of restricting or blocking access to certain sections of the Site.

9. PERSONAL DATA

Nareva may be required to collect personal data from users wishing to access certain services via the Site, in particular via a registration form or any other document that may be offered through the web service.

The user expressly authorizes Nareva to process personal data concerning them, and to communicate it, for the same purposes as those for which it was collected, to organizations and companies members of the group to which Nareva belongs.

The user of the Site is informed that Nareva processes data concerning them, which have all or part of the following purposes: Human resources management and external communication. The following may alone, within the limits of their respective powers, be recipients of the information:

for Human Resources Management: the qualified personnel responsible for personnel management, occupational doctor, general management, hierarchical manager responsible for administrative and financial matters, purchasing and general resources, IS department, parent company and the internal and external control system when needed.

for external communication: Chairmanship and General Management, Administrative and Financial Manager, Development, Media, Communication Department, line manager, communication agency, Partners, Mother Company and the internal and external control system when needed.

For this purpose, the user expressly gives their consent for the personal data concerning them to be collected in this context and for this data to be processed only for the purposes described above.

In accordance with Act n°09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, users of the Site have a right of access, rectification and opposition to data concerning them. The user is informed that the data circulates on the Internet without guarantee of security, and risks being read and used by unauthorized third parties.

More specifically, by using the section relating to recruitment, the user wishing to provide their personal data is informed that the data collected by Nareva is necessary for the management of recruitments. The nature of the data processed for the fulfillment of the purpose is identification data and professional data. All fields are mandatory, otherwise Nareva will not be able to process the user's request.

Within the limits of their respective powers, the recipients of the information may only be: the authorized personnel responsible for personnel management, the Department concerned, the general management, the service providers and the internal and external control system if necessary.
